Though oysters are the talk of the table these days, they are a traditional food source of our area. As goes the health of our waters, so goes the shellfish population, so we partner with groups that look to protect our bay.

Oysters are tremendous filter feeders with the ability improve the water quality. We’ve decided to take our relationship with this beloved body of water to the next level by investing in an oyster-co op, just west of our docks. We’re looking to bring back the bayman lifestyle and clean our bay, while cultivating our own signature Parker’s Oyster that land fresh on our docks, for sorting and slurping.
